What happens after I join?

Your first 14 days are free. One of us welcomes you personally, helps you find your way into the community and invites you to your first GROW Practice. You don’t need to figure everything out at once. Come in, meet the people and experience it for yourself.

What does my membership include?

Weekly GROW Practice, access to the GROW.Lab member community, the ability to create and join member experiments, and member access or special pricing on selected GROW events and deeper experiences.

What is a GROW Practice?

A weekly guided space for slowing down and meeting what’s actually alive in you — together with others. We practice honest conversation, curiosity and reflection. You don’t need to prepare anything or arrive with a problem to solve.

What are member experiments?

Experiments are where members can take an idea, question or possibility and try something with others. You can create one yourself, join something another member has started — or simply watch what begins to emerge.

Do I need to attend everything?

Not at all. GROW.Lab isn’t another schedule to keep up with. Some people come every week. Others return when life gives them something they want to explore. The point is to have a place you can return to.

Is GROW.Lab in English or Danish?

Is GROW.Lab therapy, coaching or networking?

Not exactly. GROW.Lab is a practice community. We’re not here to diagnose you, fix you or help you collect contacts. We’re here to create spaces where people can meet more honestly, grow alongside each other and explore what becomes possible together.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in. If you join at the founding price, that price remains yours for as long as your membership stays active.

What if I want to experience GROW before becoming a member?

You can start with one of our open events, listen to the podcast or explore our introduction material. Selected events are open without a paid GROW.Lab membership. You may need a free community account to register.
