Pathfinder is GROW Youth’s development programme for young people who want to know themselves better, feel stronger in life and find their own way.
Through community, coaching, knowledge and practical tools, we work with what shapes us as people — from thoughts, feelings, behaviour and relationships to strengths, values and direction.
